Neil is a graduate of Georgia Southern University. He played competitive collegiate golf on scholarship and after his graduation, his love for the game led him to launch a professional career with PGAat TPC in Ponte Vedra, Florida. He later worked for the TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tennessee. Neil returned to Florida in 1998 and since that time he has gained both a reputaion as an accomplished golf Instructor and as a mini-tour player.
